This subreddit is for stories that are claimed to be true, but the rules here do not mention anything about posting side projects or products. The intent is to share anecdotes and verify their truthfulness with a Wikipedia link.

Before you post: The subreddit focuses on sharing 'true stories' and verifying them with external links, not on showcasing personal projects or products. There are no provisions for self-promotion or product launches.

The rules, in their words

1. Post incredibly true stories that totally actually happened.: Your story must have a wikipedia link to prove veracity
2. Redact all identifiable information: Redact any information that can be used to identify a source in your post. This includes subreddit names, usernames, and unique profile pictures. Verified twitter usernames are exempt. No kid's faces, period.
3. No pictures of children

5. No Politics
