Post with careYou can post, but there are rules to clear first.

Can you post your project here?

You can share your project if it's related to resumes and not for financial gain. Ensure posts are well-formatted with the correct flair and avoid advertising services or linking to personal platforms.

Before you post: Rule 2 explicitly bans advertising, which includes posting for financial gain or linking to personal platforms like websites or LinkedIn. Posts must also use proper flair (Rule 10).

The rules, in their words

  1. Keep your criticism constructive!: Profanity, verbal assault, harassment, or other unhelpful language is not allowed.
  2. No advertising: Advertising includes posting content for financial gain and/or unwanted content that detracts from the purpose of the sub. Examples: - Posting a link to your own website, LinkedIn, or other similar platform - Posting links to free/paid services (i.e., resume writer, builders etc.,) - Posting a link to questionable and/or unrelated websites - Naming other services or writers in a post or comment
  3. No soliciting other users through direct messages.: This is a public forum and everyone benefits when the comments are kept public. The following are examples of activities that are considered solicitation and are not permitted on the sub: - Offering to help someone by sending them a DM - Asking other users to reach out to you via DM - Creating posts that offer to help others by having them send you their resumes via DM
  4. Don't discuss moderator actions. If you have a problem, message the mods.: Please reach out to mods via modmail only. https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=%2Fr%2Fresumes
  5. No NSFW, unrelated, or inappropriate content: Do not post content that is either: * Inappropriate/NSFW * Is unrelated to resumes * Contains foul, harassing, or non-constructive language
  6. Anonymize your documents before posting.: Please censor personal information such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails before posting.
  7. Don't post low quality content: Anything you share needs to be properly written and easy to understand. Please don't share advice that can already be found in the wiki.
  8. No karma farming: Posts that are created just for the sake of generating karma will be removed. If you steal another popular post and pass it as your own, your post will be removed, and you could be banned.
  9. Do not use AI generated content: Your content was removed because it appears to consist of AI generated content.
  10. Use proper post formatting: Your post needs to be properly formatted. This means you need to use the proper flair, and use the proper title structure if you're asking for help with your resume.
