Self-promotion is strictly banned. Posts must be original 'before and after' human progress pictures. All submissions must adhere to a specific title format, use only Imgur or Reddit hosting, and be posted no more than once every 30 days.

Before you post: Social media links are prohibited, and any attempt to generate views or traffic for personal content is considered self-promotion and will be removed. Watermarks with social media handles can result in a ban.

The rules, in their words

1. Title Format Rule: Use this format when posting pictures to help everyone understand the transformation and journey you have been on: **Gender/Age/Height [Weight Before > Weight After = Total Amount Lost] | Time period in months | Personal title** (Example: F/23/5'5" [189lbs > 169lbs = 20lbs] | 4 months | Been lurking for a while
2. What is a Progress Pic? / Original Content Only: Progress pics must show a clear before and after, in the same image, of your own progress. Progress comes in many forms other than weight loss such as addiction recovery, fitness transformations, gender changes, etc. As long as there is a clear before/after of human progress it is accepted. Videos are not allowed; gifs are okay. Animal progress is restricted to Furball Friday threads. Graphs, clothing comparison, or other non-human progress not permitted. OC Only. No posting for others.
3. Use the Report Option: We rely on user reports; If you see something on the sub that violates the rules please use the report button. If you are not sure if something breaks the rules report it for the moderation team to review.
4. Be Good to One Another: Be good to one another. If critiquing do so constructively. Be polite and practice Reddiquette. This applies to but is not limited to body shaming, "better before" comments, accusatory comments, unnecessary or unwanted advice, etc.
5. Do Not Link to Social Media / No Self Promotion: Social media links are prohibited (including profiles, posts, comments, private messages promoting a product, service, or businesses). Do not link to your own content for the purposes of generating views or traffic, as determined by the moderators based on the Reddit Self-Promotion Guidelines (https://www.reddit.com/wiki/selfpromotion). Directing users towards your social media account will be considered self promotion. Any use of watermarks that are social media handles will result in a ban.
6. Mark Posts NSFW When Appropriate: **Regardless of gender**, shirtless photos, underwear, swimsuit pictures, etc must all be labeled NSFW when posting. Outlines of genitalia through clothes and other graphic content such as severe injury must also be marked NSFW. **Complete nudity is not allowed. Genitalia must be covered or censored completely.**
7. No Harassment / Don't Be a Creep: Being a creep will result in a ban. Harassment may consist of, but is not limited to: - Sexual comments, even if meant as a compliment ('sexy,' 'dad to daddy') - Treating OP like a sexual object ('single?' 8. No Politics / Stay On Topic / Do Not Feed Trolls: Stay on topic to the original post, the pictures, or the original poster's comments. Keep political debate to other subreddits regardless of your intention. Do not derail conversation. Use the report option; do not engage. Feeding trolls attracts more.
9. Imgur & Reddit Only For Submissions: Only imgur links and reddit's built in hosting are accepted for posts.
10. Minors Must Be Fully Clothed: If the subject of a picture under the age of 18 years old, they must be fully clothed. Shirtless pictures will not be accepted nor will underwear, swimsuits, etc.
11. Post Frequency: Users may only post their progress once per 30 days. Additionally, while the same starting photo can be used in multiple submissions, a different after photo must be used in every submission.
12. Mod Discretion: All posts and comments are subject to removal at Moderator Discretion.
13. No Promoting or Encouraging Unhealthy Weight Loss Methods: Discussion of weight loss methods that are damaging to the body and/or require supervision of a medical professional are not allowed. This rule includes (but is not limited to): very low calorie diets, misusing medication, extended fasting, disordered behaviour, inappropriate advice to underage members. Remember to always consider the individual when offering advice.
14. No Promotion of Diet Cash Pools/Requests for Money: Do not ask for users to participate in a cash-based diet website, such as dietbet.com. Do not ask for donations or link to a crowdfunding site such as GoFundMe. Do not attempt to sell items.
