Self-promotion and advertising of any kind are strictly prohibited. Posts must be on-topic, add value, and not be low-effort or promotional.

Before you post: Rule 2 explicitly bans all forms of self-promotion and advertising. Rule 6 also prohibits promotional link farming.

The rules, in their words

1. Be Civil and Stay Positive: Be polite and courteous to each other. Do not be mean, insulting or disrespectful to any other user on this subreddit. Do not harass or annoy others in any way. 2. No Advertising: No soliciting or surveying of products or services of any type. Self-promotion is not allowed here in any form, even if asked for recommendations. Advertising via DMs and referral codes are included in this rule.
3. No Listicles: A listicle is an article presented in the form of a numbered or bullet-pointed list. Example: Top 10 Things Successful People Do!
4. No Isolated Links: Do not post links without context or explanation. To post a link, you must add a description, explanation, or discussion.
5. No NSFW Content: NSFW content, and what resembles NSFW, no matter how vaguely, is strictly forbidden in this subreddit.
6. No Off Topic, Spam, SEO Farming, or Low Effort Content.: Off topic: This is a subreddit for civil discussion about the topic of productivity, how to improve productivity, and similarly intertwined subjects. Posts must be on topic. Spam & SEO Farming: Asking for upvotes, donations/money, and promotional/link farming is considered spam. Low effort: Posts and comments must add value to the subreddit.
