Can you post your project here?

Posts that are solely for self-promotion, such as directing traffic to a blog, shop, or social media, are strongly discouraged and will be removed. Crowdfunding is not allowed. There are no specific allowances for project launches.

The rules, in their words

1. Be civil and respectful: Personal attacks, insults, and harassment will not be tolerated and may result in a ban, especially if the behavior persists after a warning by the mods.
2. Follow reddiquette: We expect users to follow [reddiquette](https://www.reddit.com/wiki/reddiquette) when participating on /r/parrots.
3. Give and receive advice with kindness and patience: Please remember that we are all learning, and be kind and patient when either giving or receiving advice. Thank you!
4. Shameless self-promotion is strongly discouraged: Posts made solely to direct traffic to your blog/vlog, forum, shop, or social media page will be removed. We do not allow crowdfunding.
5. You must include a source for all non-OC images: For images that are not your own, you must provide your best guess at the original source. All non-OC image posts without a source will be removed. Memes and AI-generated images will be removed.
6. Posts about sick or injured birds must be marked NSFW.: Posts centered on sick or injured birds must be marked NSFW, including requests for advice.
7. Use the NSFW tag as needed; no NSFL content: Not Safe For Work means something you wouldn’t find appropriate in a typical workplace or public setting. Not Safe For Life means graphic, inappropriate content not limited to gore or violence. The final determination of the appropriateness is at the mods’ discretion.
8. Surveys must be approved prior to being posted: Prior to posting a link to a survey of any kind, you must receive approval from the moderators. Failure to receive prior approval will result in your survey being removed.
