This subreddit is dedicated to questions about Reddit itself, including its features, culture, and site-wide issues. Self-promotion or posts about external projects are not on-topic and would likely be removed.

Before you post: Posts must be about Reddit. External projects or side products are not permitted.

The rules, in their words

1. Questions must be about Reddit itself.: Questions posted to /r/help must be about reddit's features or culture. For suggestions on where to ask questions unrelated to reddit, please [view the list of related subreddits in our sidebar](https://www.reddit.com/r/help/about/sidebar) or try r/findareddit.
2. Keep it civil.: Remember the human, don't post slurs or insults.
3. Keep it helpful.: Keep suggestions and comments helpful and relevant.
4. Calling out or complaining about specific subreddits/users: Post or comments complaining/calling out specific users, subreddits, subreddit policies, moderator actions, or similar content will be removed.
5. Appeals/Bans: This is not the place to appeal your subreddit ban, shadowban, or reddit suspension. Contact subreddit moderators or use http://www.reddit.com/appeals as appropriate.
6. Do not Hijack Posts.: Please make your own thread/post in r/help and don't use another users thread to get help with your own problem on Reddit.
7. Search the subreddit before posting: Posts that are commonly/were recently posted to the subreddit may be removed at the discretion of the moderation team. Please search before posting and if you find a similar recent post, comment and upvote there for better visibility. If you're experiencing a bug, please take a look at r/RedditBugs to see if a fix is already in the works.
