Can you post your project here?

Self-promotion, advertising, and posting social media links are explicitly banned. Focus on sharing fight content that adheres to all other rules, as any form of spam or solicitation will lead to a ban.

Before you post: Rule 9 prohibits advertising, posting social media, and posting your own channels. This effectively bans self-promotion, including "I built X" posts.

The rules, in their words

1. No generalizing/sensationalizing submission titles: - No generalizing any group of people negatively or inaccurately - ✅ "Two Japanese Men Fighting" - ❌ "This is How Japanese People Fight" - No clickbait or misleading titles - No wild claims in titles that can't be verified
2. No defenceless victim content: - No videos of people unable or unwilling to defend themselves - No videos of unconscious people being pummeled - Fighting poorly or re-engaging is not a defenseless victim
3. Definition of a Fight: - Fights must be unscripted & unedited - Fights must involve 2 or more adult humans - No guns, knives, gore, or other weapons (at mod discretion)
4. No reposting: - Don't post any [retired videos](https://old.reddit.com/r/fightporn/#) - Don't repost any video within 4 weeks
5. Quality Video submissions only: - No potato quality videos - No edited videos (adding memes/emoji/effects) - Audio edits are OK - Professionally-edited TV sports clips are OK
6. No Fights of Minors or in Sensitive Locations: - No fights involving anyone under 18 - No fights filmed in bathrooms or other sensitive locations **Uploading any fights involving anyone under the age of 18 will result in a permanent ban**
7. No politics: - No political discussion not relevant to the fight
8. Vulgar, Racist, Homophobic or Inconsiderate content: - **ZERO TOLERANCE for any slur regardless of context**. - No blatant racism, sexism, or homophobia in comments - No doxxing, threatening others, or encouraging violence against anyone - Anything [Reddit doesn't allow](https://www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy). **Violations of this rule WILL result in a permanent ban**
9. No Spam or Posting Socials: - No posting personal social media information. - No videos with excessive watermarks or social media handles. - Don't advertise your fight sub, YouTube channel, etc. - Suspected karma-farming bots will be banned.
10. Moderator discretion: - Mods work to keep the sub alive and may remove any content to that end. - Message the [mod team](https://old.reddit.com/message/compose/?to=/r/fightporn) if you disagree with a mod's action.
