Can you post your project here?

The subreddit has specific rules regarding the type and quality of content allowed. While not explicitly banning self-promotion, posts need to be on-topic and adhere to quality standards. Certain types of content like low-effort memes or AI art have specific restrictions.

Before you post: Works in progress are not allowed. AI generated art is not allowed. If the project is considered a meme/shitpost, certain conditions apply.

The rules, in their words

1. Follow reddiquette: Follow [reddiquette](https://www.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/205926439).
2. Stay on topic: As long as it doesn't break the rules below, anything with a focus on Evangelion can be posted.
3. No porn: No porn. No lewds. Do not sexualize the children of Evangelion.
4. Quality over Quantity: A user may only submit one post within a 24 hour period. Groups of like content must be submitted as a list, gallery, or playlist, rather than as multiple, separate posts. Works in progress are not allowed.
5. Copyrighted material: Any post seeking or supplying copyrighted material is not allowed and will be removed from the subreddit. The only exceptions are content that falls under fair use (AMVs, fan art, fan fiction, etc...).
6. Meme/Shitpost Policy: A user may only submit a meme/shitpost if the user's preceding post is of a different content type. **What qualifies as a meme/shitpost?** "Meme/Shitpost" is a loose umbrella term for memes, dank memes, YouTube poops, "My face when...", "Me irl...", or other generally low-effort content.
7. Fan Art: Submissions of fan art must include the artist's name in the submission title and must include a link to the source of the art as a comment. AI generated art is not allowed.
8. Reference Drawings: Reference drawings must include the original art used as reference as a multi-image post, via [new reddit](https://new.reddit.com/r/evangelion/).
9. Moderator jurisdiction: All jurisdiction falls upon the mods. If we decide it should be removed, it will be removed. If we decide it should stay, it will stay. However, we value your opinions, so you are free to state why you think our decision was wrong concerning a post.
