Can you post your project here?

Self-promotion is allowed but highly restricted. The content must be from a source owned by or affiliated with the poster, and it must not exceed 20% of the user's total posts. Users also need to be mod-verified to self-promote.

Before you post: Must be mod-verified, self-promoting content must be 20% or less of user's posts.

The rules, in their words

1. No violations of Reddit's content policy: Any content that violates Reddit's content policy will be removed and may result in a ban. This includes contentthat promotes hate based on identity or vulnerability. You can read more about Reddit's content policy [here](https://www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy).
2. No Minors: Content that involves minors is not permitted. This includes content that depicts violence against or sexualization of minors. This is strictly prohibited by Reddit's content policy and posting said content may result in a ban.
3. Inciting/Encouraging violence, death, harm etc.: Posts/comments that encourage, glorify, incite or call for violence or harm against an individual, group of people or animal are strictly prohibited. 4. Be Civil: Just because the content here is awful doesn't mean you have to be. Do not engage in xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, racism, or any other content related to putting down others. You will recieve a ban (may result in permanent ban WITHOUT warning).
5. Revealing personal information: Absolutely no sharing or requesting of personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, email IDs, or any private data. This includes social media profiles and non-public information. Doing so may result in a ban.
6. Content must be truly awful: Truly awful means not a minor inconvenience or something you simply don't like.
7. Don't post it if they can't help it.: Do not post photos mocking people with physical disabilities and/or people in medical settings.
8. Repost Spamming: "Repost to spread this image", "Save this before the mods delete it" etc. types of posts will be removed. Reddit isn't a platform for inciting angry mobs.
9. No Politics: We no longer allow politics. Posts focused on political events, figures and/or parties will be removed.
10. No Meta: Posts about Reddit are not permitted due to repeat instances of brigading. This includes screenshots and links to other communities or users. Being banned from another subreddit is not awful everything. Discussing actions taken in other communities in our subreddit is community interference and puts us at risk of being banned.
11. Self promotion: Self promoting content such as news articles from a source owned by or affiliated with the owner of the account making the post must come from a mod-verified account and should account for 20% or less of a user’s post. To get verified, send a mod mail to our subreddit for further moderator review. Approval is up to moderator discretion.
