  3. No Spam or Self-Promotion: 1. Do not promote or sell products. 2. Do not post requests for readers to fill out surveys or do interviews. 3. Do not advertise ANY blog, publication, website, or YouTube channel. 4. Do not post requests for money. 5. Do not post images, other reddit posts, or news articles without a relevant title, comment, and an explanation of how the post is relevant to the educational community. 6.   4. Students and other non-teachers must remain positive and respectful: 1. Students may ask for advice, ask about the teacher's perspective, and express appreciation for teachers. 2. Students may not ask for homework help, complain or vent (about your teachers, classes, school rules, etc.), or make inappropriate comments about teachers. 3. These guidelines apply to teachers and pre-service teachers completing classwork. 4. Do not come to be inciteful or controversial.   5. Misinformation: As educators, we disavow anti-science rhetoric, beliefs, and conspiracy theories. Making false claims about what credible experts and institutions have scientifically concluded will result in a permanent ban.
  6. Do not crosspost or link posts from other subs: Do not link posts from r/Teachers in other subreddits, and do not directly link posts from other subs here. Do not brigade posts in other subs.
