Posts must provide context, and links are only allowed if they are newsworthy, not paywalled, and at moderator discretion.

No links to blogs, social media, youtube etc. We are not here to help you create your app or send traffic to your website. NO INVESTOR RECRUITMENT, NO LEAD GENERATION, OR MARKET RESEARCH. Newsworthy links are sometimes allowed if not paywalled, in the context of a current real-estate related event, at moderator discretion. Posting a link with no context will be removed.
2. Be Civil / No Insults: Be civil to each other, spirited debate is fine but insults will not be tolerated.
3. No Politics (Unless Specifically Real Estate related): Political discussion must be real estate related.
