This subreddit is for exchanging Pokemon Go Friend Codes. Posts that are not directly related to sharing friend codes, such as discussions, raid requests, giveaways, or naming/shaming, are not allowed and may result in a ban. Be mindful of title formatting to avoid clickbait.

Before you post: Self-promotion or 'I built X' posts are not the purpose of this subreddit and would likely be removed as off-topic discussion or spam.

  2. Post your friend code, not your referral code!: Posts without friend codes will be removed. Posts including referral codes will be removed - rule violations can lead to bans.
  3. No clickbait posts: Everyone wants to share friend codes! Please no click-bait titles or posts. The not allowed clickbait includes, but is not limited to: use of emoji/emoticons, using all capitals, and using symbols/characters for stylizing posts - rule violations can lead to bans. Do not mention "SHINY, SHINY HUNTING, SHINY LUCK, SHINY RUSH" at all or you will be banned.
  4. No cheating: See [Niantic's rules](https://nianticlabs.com/guidelines/en/)
  5. Discussions about the game belong in /r/pokemongo: This sub is a sister sub to keep the main /r/pokemongo from being flooded with friend codes. TL;DR: friend codes go here; discussions go in /r/pokemongo
  6. Absolutely no naming and shaming: Naming and shaming is targeted harassment that will not be tolerated in this subreddit. Sharing of harassment subreddits also apply to this rule - rule violations can lead to bans.
  7. Don't ask for raids: No posts asking for people to invite you to a raid Sort by new on the raid megathread or posts on the subreddit and find the raid you're looking for, nobody is going to bother finding your post and comment to invite you.
  8. No giveaways: Giveaways or similar belong in /r/pokemongo.
