Post with careYou can post, but there are rules to clear first.

Can you post your project here?

The rules do not explicitly address or restrict self-promotion or "I built X" posts. However, Rule 2 ('Do not spam') and Rule 4 ('Be mindful when sharing and asking for resources') suggest that any shared content should be helpful and not circumvent copyright or paid content distribution. Posts should not be offensive or irrelevant (Rule 3).

Before you post: Posts must be helpful and legitimate (Rule 4), adhere to spam policies (Rule 2), and not be offensive or irrelevant (Rule 3). No specific flair, day, or karma requirements are mentioned for project sharing.

The rules, in their words

  1. Be nice: **We won't tolerate any form of harassment, bigotry, discrimination and attacks directed at any individual or group** Whatever me (mod team) deem as harassment will result in an instant and permanent ban with no explanation needed.
  2. Do not spam: This usually goes without saying but we thought we'd remind you. Please also search before posting to make sure your question has not already been asked multiple times.
  3. Do not post offensive, sexual, discriminatory, political or irrelevant content: Again, we will **not** tolerate any form of bullying, discrimination, bigotry or hate. Any behaviour of this kind will be met with a swift and permanent ban.
  4. Be mindful when sharing and asking for resources: Please double-check the content you're sharing before you share it. Make sure it is legit, works, and is potentially helpful for the community. Copyrighted content is not allowed, unless you have explicit permission from the author. Do not ask for, or supply, paid products or templates. Distribution of pirated content will result in a permanent ban.
  5. Share feature requests and bug reports with Notion first before discussing here: This can be done through the in-app chat, on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/notionhq), or via team@makenotion.com. Notion is not actively monitoring this sub so requests and reports will not have a real effect unless shared with them first.
  6. No personal attacks of Notion team members or r/Notion moderators: You may constructively criticise the product but only when rightfully supported by arguments. Remember, be nice.
  7. Follow Reddit's own Content Policy: A copy of this policy can be found [here.](http://redditinc.com/policies/content-policy)
