Can you post your project here?

Self-promotion, begging, and recruiting are not allowed. The subreddit is intended for social media posts, specifically screenshots, that reflect Latin culture and humor.

Before you post: Rule 8 explicitly states 'No self-promotion'. Users are directed to find appropriate subreddits for promoting anything.

The rules, in their words

1. Social media posts only: Screenshots of Twitter, FB, IG are welcome. Posts can be in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and/or what's commonly known as Spanglish. We'll understand it! Violation of this rule will result in your post being removed and repeated offenses may lead to you being banned.
2. Reposts: Reposts are allowed only after 6 months of the original post. (check before posting).
3. Be civil: Be civil, follow Reddit's rules https://www.reddit.com/wiki/reddiquette
4. No personal attacks: The moderation team won't tolerate any racist posts, comments, remarks, personal attacks, trolling, brigading, derogatory comments, inflammatory statements, harassing, inciting violence, gatekeeping, hate speech, baiting. People of all colors do post and comment here.
5. No YouTube: No YouTube posts. If you upload videos from tiktok for example, please credit the creators.
6. No Latinx: This issue has been greatly discussed in our community for years. We do not support the term. Of course you can discuss it, this rule is meant to stablish that you cannot enforce the word on any commenter. We HIGHLY encourage you to use LATIN@, a term that almost all of us grew up using.
7. No US politics: People post US politics on every single sub on reddit. This is a space free of it. We do not discuss US politics in this sub. It is about our culture, similarities, differences and memes. Please remember that more than half of our community is not based in the US. So political memes and relevant stories about Latin American politics can stay here, but anything US related can go in our sister sub u/PoliticalLatinos.
8. No self-promotion/No begging/No recruiting: No self promotion. Want to promote something? Want to get something for cheap or free? Want to recruite users for your good cause? Please use the correct subreddits for that. Don't know where to post? Google is your friend.
9. Spam: No spam allowed. Period.
10. No Doxxing.: Posts or comments containing personal information will be deleted and will result in an immediate permanent ban. No phone numbers, no pictures of IDs, no emails, usernames from other sites, nothing.
