Self-promotion and advertising are strictly banned. Posts linking to purchasing sites or aiming to gain traffic for an author are not allowed.

The rules, in their words

1. No Self-promotion/Advertising: No post/comment that leads to content in an attempt to gain traffic to a specific author will be considered an advertisement. No post/comment that links to any purchasing site (even if gym related).
2. Vote Manipulation: No posts/comments asking for upvotes, views, likes, etc. No posts/links in a comment with a clear attempt at "click-baiting" others to gain traffic. This also includes titles that contain familiar phrases such as: "Don't upvote this", "This will probably get buried/downvoted".
3. No links to anything but these approved sites.: Only links from these sites will be approved: * Direct uploads to Reddit * Youtube - youtube.com, youtu.be, m.youtube.com, etc * Reddit - i.redd.it, v.redd.it, reddit.com, etc * Imgur - imgur.com, i.imgur.com, etc If you're reposting someone else's work from a non-approved site, please provide credit in the comments or in the post title.
4. No posts showing Gym Injuries/NSFL content: Any posts showing a gym injury will be removed. While there may be humor in gym injuries for some, A LOT of people do not expect to see NSFL content while browsing for memes.
5. No low quality content: Old, pixelated and/or lazy content will be removed.
6. Moderators Have the Final Word: While this sub is just for memes and goofs, it is not a democracy or a court of law. The final decision of what to take action on always rests with the moderation team. While we've put a lot of time and effort into making our goals for the sub clear through the other rules - making every visitor happy is not one of them. Some areas of moderation will always be grey and require judgement calls, which will be made to the discretion of the mods.
