Self-promotion is allowed with a limit of one post per week. Posts must also receive at least 100 upvotes to allow for another promotional post in the same week, and popular demand determines if a type of content should be stopped.

Before you post: 1 self-promotion limit per 7 days, 100 upvote requirement to post another that week. If content consistently receives low upvotes/engagement, contributors should stop.

The rules, in their words

1. Harassment/Trolling: Please follow reddiquette, don't harass fellow users or other personalities. While downvotes will take care of most trolls, there are some who will still continue to abuse. Please do not encourage them by replying to them, just downvote and report them. Do not wish harm on any reddit user or person, whether they are related to racing or not.
2. Limits to r/Formula1 Complaint Posts: Please feel free to discuss how subreddits should be run, this is an important part of a public forum. But also please try to reduce repetitive r/Formula1 criticisms. We've established ourselves as an alternative and we know the reasons why we exist.
3. Illegal Streaming/Download Links: Please refrain from posting streaming/download links as these will be removed. Links published by official sources (e.g. Formula E on YouTube) are still accepted. All streaming related information can be found on /r/motorsportsstreams/ All download related information can be found on r/motorsportreplays
4. 24-hrs Spoilers Rule: Please respect the community vote to ban spoilers for 24 hours. Please do not post spoilers in titles and make sure to use spoiler tags for any images.
5. Self-Promotion Limit: Self-Promotion Limit: 1 self-promotion limit per 7 days, 100 upvote requirement to post another that week. However, if a particular type of content receives consistently low community upvotes and engagement, those content posters should stop.
