Post with careYou can post, but there are rules to clear first.

Can you post your project here?

Posts should be informative or initiate discussion, not primarily for entertainment. Self-promotion is limited; no more than 10% of your submissions can be about a single topic or source.

Before you post: No more than 10% of your reddit account's submissions may be about a given topic or source.

The rules, in their words

  1. No content primarily for humor or entertainment: Submissions and comments that are intended to entertain rather than inform or discuss will be removed. [Click for our full rules and descriptions](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules).
  2. No Attacks / Witch-hunts / Bigotry / Inflammatory language: Whether against a reddit user or people in the industry, inciting harassment on any individual or group is not acceptable under any circumstances and will likely result in a ban. [Click for our full rules and descriptions](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules).
  3. No off-topic or low-effort content or comments: Submissions should be directly related to games or the game industry. Top level comments must be on topic. Lower level comments should be reasonably related to the discussion. [Click for our full rules and descriptions](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules).
  4. No duplicate posts: Reposts or submissions with extremely similar content to an existing submission may be removed at mod discretion. [Click for our full rules and descriptions](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules).
  5. No enabling or linking to piracy: Digital piracy is the unauthorized use or reproduction of another's work, games or other. Enabling piracy by informing others how to circumvent the law or linking to it by providing access to pirated material is not allowed. This includes linking to scanned images of other copyrighted work, such as commercial magazines. News and discussion regarding emulators is allowed provided no copyrighted content is linked to. [Click for our full rules and descriptions](/r/Games/wiki/rules).
  6. Formatting Requirements (All of Rule 6): /r/Games has specific formatting requirements for submissions. This covers titles, sources, and post content. [Click for full rules on formatting requirements](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules#wiki_formatting_requirements)
  7. Specific Content Restrictions (All of Rule 7): /r/Games has rules that restrict specific types of content. For example, discussion submissions should aim to have broad enough scope for quality discussion, whereas looking for a solution or game suggestion, unsubstantiated rumours, petitions/surveys, or posting about a server/community are not allowed. [Click for full rules on content restrictions](/r/Games/wiki/rules#wiki_specific_content_restrictions)
  8. Follow promotional limits: No more than 10% of your reddit account's submissions may be about a given topic or source, such as about one particular game, content from one particular website, or articles from one particular author. [Click for a full explanation of this rule](https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/wiki/rules#wiki_promotion_must_be_kept_within_acceptable_limits)
