Self-promotion, including blogs or websites, is not allowed without prior approval. Users should ensure posts are high quality and avoid soliciting others. Job posts are also prohibited.

Before you post: Rule 4 explicitly bans self-promotion, blogs, and websites.

The rules, in their words

1. Professionalism, Courtesy: We are a community of current or aspiring financial professionals. Be responsible when giving advice—don’t pretend or talk about things you don’t know. Act professionally and courteously with other members of the server. Follow Reddiquette, especially when it comes to respecting others’ identities and personal information—no doxxing.
2. Low Quality Posts: Self posts, discussions, and any other content on the sub should be high quality. If you are seeking advice, you should ask intelligent and thoughtful questions that make best use of others' time. Utilize the search function prior to posting. You may have your post removed or you may be banned for egregious posts that are low-effort and/or easily searchable.
3. No Job Posts: Absolutely no advertising of job posts on the sub. The Discord Server and other subreddits are specifically designed for this purpose.
4. No Self-Promotion, Blogs, Spam, or Posting Copyrighted Material: No promoting/advertising your own blogs, websites, advertisements, or any posting of copyrighted material without prior approval. This includes using the sub to solicit or privately message other users.
