Can you post your project here?

Self-promotion and advertising are not allowed as this subreddit is not a personal marketing space. Posts must focus on contagious laughter and adhere to video length and titling requirements.

Before you post: Rule 6 explicitly bans spam or promotion, stating the subreddit is not a personal marketing space. Therefore, any attempt to promote a side project or product would be removed.

The rules, in their words

1. This is a happy place. Keep it light. Be respectful.: Slurs, bullying, discrimination, sexual comments, victimization, sadness, heavy stuff, hostility, people fighting, ridicule, harm, or bad-natured laughs are not allowed. Although some slurs have gained popularity and acceptance in specific contexts, that does not mean those slurs are appropriate for a wider audience (online).
2. Must include contagious laughter: All videos must contain contagious laughter. (Audience or edited-in laughter does not count.) Selfie reactions, jokes, and comedy sketches are allowed if the funniest part is the laughter.
3. Video length: too long (without time stamp) or too short: Videos must be at least 10 seconds long. If the video is more than 1 minute long, add a time stamp in the title to designate the specific moment when laughter starts.
4. No reposts (or compilations): Reposts may be removed in favor of fresh content. Compilations tend to be reposts and are not allowed. To avoid duplication, prior to posting, check Newest posts, check Top posts, and do a keyword search.
5. No vague titles: Use a descriptive title. Bad titles result in more reposts. Examples of vague titles: ".", "title", "😂😂", "funny title", "wait for it", "this made me laugh".
6. No spam or promotion: This subreddit is not your personal marketing space. No spamming or advertising allowed.
7. No politics. No activism.: Political videos and discussions do not belong in this sub.
