Can you post your project here?

There are no rules that directly address self-promotion or sharing a side project. However, posting a project that involves children falling over might be accepted if it meets the content guidelines of showing a child falling without serious injury and is presented as a direct link.

Before you post: Posts must contain a child falling over and should not depict serious injuries or be overly traumatizing. Direct links are preferred, and compilation videos are not allowed. It is unclear if a project post would be distinct from content that fits the usual subreddit theme.

The rules, in their words

1. Post must contain child falling over: A child *must* fall over. If there is no evidence of a child falling in the submission, the post may be removed, no matter how popular. For teenagers and up, please choose an appropriate related subreddit in our sidebar.
2. Use injury flair when appropriate: If a child is getting hurt or injured (or they appear to), please use the "Injury" link flair.
3. No serious injuries: Posts containing **serious** injury will be removed. This includes any death, gore or abuse.
4. Funny, lighthearted content only: This sub was intended to be a funny, G-rated place to come laugh at kids taking tumbles. Our subscribers tend not to enjoy posts of kids falling into holes, out of windows etc., even if there is no death or injury. We do not come here to be traumatized.
5. Post must contain human children: Over time, people have told us they don't want to see children of a different species falling over on this subreddit, so we keep it to humans only.
6. Direct links only, unless unavoidable: Post only direct links to content. Do not link to websites that embed videos needlessly.
7. No compilation videos: We don't like those "try not to laugh", "people doing dumb things" compilation videos.
