The rules, in their words

1. Sub Disruption and Meta Rule: There's a ban on Meta Posts and comments. Meta meaning - Making Post that addresses entire Sub and comments directed to Members. In short, don’t lecture Members. Sub Disruption - Any comment directed to OP as to why a post is made is seen as Sub disruption. 2. Religious and Political Topics / Comments: There is a strict ban on Religious and Political topics and comments. These topics / comments can get you banned permanently, without warning Even if it is a statement by an Actor on Religion or politics, posting those statement is considered as posting a banned topic. All Bollywood Political posts should be posted on r/GossipUnfiltered. You can crosspost from GossipUnfiltered , with Title - All comments on OG post.
3. Aggressive Fanwar Topic/ Aggressive account: Members behaving like Twitter Stans will face temp/permanent ban, without pre warning Fanwar Topics can be posted only on Fanwar days declared by Mods No old interviews or topics to be rehashed for Fanwar. Any topic that turns in Fanwar will lead to OP ban Abusive accounts will be banned
4. Strictly NO MEMES / Whatsapp Forward screenshots: All Memes should be posted on r/BollywoodMemes. Posting Memes on this Sub may get you Temp ban. Karma harvesting Screen shots can get you banned as it is seen as Spamming
5. Brigading/ Showboating Ban: Brigading - When Subreddit Mod encourages to harm a Subreddit / Encourages Mod Abuse, via their Subreddit Showboating - Discussing Ban on other Subs/ posting SS of Mod action on other Subreddits , encouraged by Mods Both activities are not allowed by Reddit. We have right to protect our Subreddit, as per Reddit Rules We have a Bot that autobans if you participate in such Subreddits. You’ll be unbanned by replying to Ban message. Contact Mods to know name of banned Subreddit
6. Report and Downvote: Abusing Report Button to get a Post Auto Removed will be reported to Admins. Your account could be suspended by Reddit if you abuse Report Feature We encourage members to read Rules of this Sub before Reporting. The nature of content of this Sub is such that Celebs get bashed, sometimes unfairly. Please do not get oversensitive and Report on such issues. Here's Quick guide : Disagree - Downvote Offensive Topic/Comment - Report ( If breaks any Rule) Tag Mod - For urgent Mod action
7. Mutual Respect: All Members are expected to be respectful to fellow members at all times. We are not fans of any actor, we criticize everyone. You are allowed to defend a star, but **do not abuse or name call a fellow member who has different view than yours** A few examples of Name calling that gets ban , without warning, are - derogatory words for member; Abusing Mods ,**Using Gay or Racial words**/ Calling Member as PR/ NSFW abuses
8. Permanent Ban - Without Pre - warning / Moderator's Right to Protect Sub: You will be banned permanently, without warning for the following - Pirated links of movies /clips Impersonating another member Sending Abusive DM to Members/Mods Abusive Report Negative comments on Kids under 18 Participating in Brigading / Sub disruption activity Mock fake Blinds even as Shit post or to Mock Sub members face permanent ban Moderators reserve rights to Ban any member who they feel is detrimental to this community.
9. Suspicious Account Activity / Flagged by Ban Evasion: We reserve right to ban any account that looks suspicious in its activity . Suspicious activity may be - Account flagged by Ban Evasion Tool PR activity Participation in Brigading Fan Club involvement for flame wars Vote Manipulation Fan accounts Hate accounts or anything else that Mods feel suspicious about an account
10. Repetitive Topic/Low Quality Post / Objection from Community: Check for Repost . Repetitive topics will be removed. All Low Quality Posts will be removed and Member will face action if they continue posting similar posts after warning. A Low Quality post is - 1) Meme/WhatsApp Forward 2) Any post that is heavily Reported by Members 3) Karma harvesting picture posts Mods will use their discretion in deciding what quality is suitable for this Sub
11. Promotional Posts / Cross Posts are Banned: Please do not post links of Youtube videos, Songs, Blogs , News websites to promote them. We consider this as Spam and you'll be Permanently Banned, without Warning for posting such content here Posting Screenshots of non Celebs is also strictly not allowed If you want to promote your Sub, contact Mods. 12. Calling Memberas PR: Ban for calling members as PR in comments. If you suspect, send modmail to Mods about this.
