Can you post your project here?

Posts must be about academia and include sufficient information for an effective answer. Explicitly, pitching apps, especially AI ones, is not allowed. General academic life questions are the focus.

Before you post: Rule 12 explicitly bans pitching apps.

The rules, in their words

1. Please stay on the topic of academia
2. Don't be rude and/or abusive
3. Ask questions about academia, not questions you think an academic could answer
4. Complaining about how hard grad school is should be in /r/gradschool
5. Homework help requests belong in /r/homeworkhelp
6. Don't attempt to provoke a political argument: This includes demands that academia defend itself against accusations of corruption.
7. Include sufficient information: Your post should comprise a question (albeit potentially an open-ended one) and must contain sufficient information to enable posters to provide an effective answer. This might include, for example, your career stage, your subject discipline, the type of institution you're affiliated with, and/or the country you're in.
8. Please don't ask us about seducing your student/prof: Questions about your uncontrollable desire for your student/professor will be deleted. You know it's inappropriate, and we're not going to tell you any different. Your university probably has confidential counseling; make use of it.
9. Please answer from your personal knowledge and experience: Undergrads shouldn't be answering most questions here. Also, your assumptions of how academia works in other fields and countries are not helpful.
10. Undergrads, please ask your question in the Office Hours pinned post
11. Please don't post about your academic dishonesty: You know it's wrong and punishment will be harsh. Feeling bad about it now doesn't help.
12. Don't pitch your app, particularly if it uses AI: We're not here to beta test your new app, and we don't want our industry disrupted.
