Can you post your project here?

Self-promotion posts are not mentioned in the rules. The rules focus on post formatting, spoiler tags, and the legality/appropriateness of content, not on discouraging users from sharing their own projects. Specific post types like "Watch This!" have length requirements.

Before you post: If a self-promotion post is considered a "Watch This!" post, it must be over 1500 characters and intended for a single show. All posts must be fluently written in English and flaired correctly.

The rules, in their words

1. Be descriptive: * Posts containing fewer than 50 characters will be automatically removed. This is to help you get more helpful anime suggestions.
2. Flair posts correctly: * Posts should be flaired correctly before you submit them. * Please report incorrect flairs, a mod will fix them. For a description of all of our flairs, [visit here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Animesuggest/wiki/index/#wiki_flairs).
3. Do not post untagged/improperly tagged spoilers: * No spoilers in titles. * If revealing spoilers is crucial to your post, do so in the body. We reserve the right to ban you if you do not follow this rule. * Use spoiler tags when necessary. 4. NSFW posts are not allowed: * Explicit images, hentai, H-games, and other pornography are off-limits. * Posts may recommend works with NSFW scenes in them so long as nudity is not its focal point.
5. Search before you post: * Chances are if you liked something, someone else here has as well and has already made your request. * Check [recommendations list](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations/).

7. Be positive: * Posts about why something should *not* be watched are discouraged. * Posts about why someone's suggestion might not fit a request are okay, however, and are preferable to downvoting.
8. No troll suggestions: * Do not be a troll when suggesting shows. Common example(s): - Posts looking for ones for XYZ relative - Suggesting shows with incest or hints thereof - Meme hentai shows - They're not funny and hentai is not allowed here. - Posts explicitly asking for things not containing things - If it was done nefariously, this counts as a troll suggestion.
9. No shitposting: * Do not post memes in posts or comments. * Do not shitpost for karma.
10. “Watch This!” post criteria: * To cut down on low-effort content, all “Watch This!” posts must be greater than 1500 characters long. * “Watch This!” posts are intended for a single show. It is not made for lists of shows as they are often low effort.
